Why ApoB matters more
It counts every atherogenic particle, not just the cholesterol they carry. South Asian profiles often look "fine" on LDL-C while ApoB is in the high-risk band.
What to do
Order ApoB and Lp(a) once. Adjust diet, training, and (if indicated) medication.
