AmritCode Health Private Limited ("AmritCode", "we", "us") operates the amritcode.com website and related services. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and your rights.
1. What we collect
Personal identifiers (name, email, phone). Health data (lab results, symptoms, medical history) you choose to share. Usage data (pages viewed, device type). Payment data is handled by our PCI-compliant processor — we never see card numbers.
2. Why we collect it
To deliver your program, to personalise clinical recommendations, to schedule logistics (lab collection, coach calls), to improve our service, to comply with Indian law. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers.
3. Who sees it
Your assigned care team. Our accredited lab partners (name, address, DOB only — to draw your blood). Our payment processor. Nobody else.
4. Your rights
Under India's DPDP Act 2023, you may export all data, correct inaccuracies, or delete your account at any time from Settings → Privacy. Deletion is permanent within 30 days.

By using AmritCode, you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the service — it's that simple.
Eligibility
You must be 18+ and located in India. Pregnant or lactating members should consult their OB before starting any AmritCode protocol.
Scope of care
AmritCode provides preventive and lifestyle care, not emergency medicine. We do not replace your GP, cardiologist, gynaec, or any specialist. For acute medical issues, call 108.
Refund Policy
We want you to feel safe saying yes. Our refund terms:
- 14-day window: Full refund of unused portion, minus actual lab costs incurred.
- After 14 days:Pro-rated refund on remaining weeks, if you haven't had your first clinician review.
- Dissatisfied mid-program:Speak to your Care Lead — we'll either fix it or refund the remaining pro-rata.
Refunds land in 5–7 business days.
